Pay:

$20.00 DOE Our client is seeking an experienced Turf Technician to help manufacture high-quality synthetic turf yarn. This hands-on position operates and monitors extrusion and texturing equipment, performs machine changeovers, checks product quality, and troubleshoots basic equipment issues. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment Perform machine startups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic repairs Inspect products to meet quality and production standards Troubleshoot equipment and assist with preventive maintenance Complete production paperwork accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with the team to improve efficiency and reduce waste Requirements 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, machine-operation, maintenance, mechanical, or turf experience Stable work history and excellent attendance Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods Comfortable working around industrial machinery in a hot, noisy environment Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts High school diploma or GED preferred Forklift experience and electrical knowledge are a plus Motivated to learn, advance, and pursue long-term employment #LIND26
