//trackx.tech/ to learn more! Position Summary TrackX Technology is seeking a versatile Service & Manufacturing Technician to support both manufacturing and post-market service operations. This hands-on role will assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish products while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. This full-time, hourly (non-exempt), on-site position will report to the Director of Operations and be required to work from our corporate office in Hillsborough, NC. The employee will work during standard business hours, typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities Manufacturing Responsibilities Assemble products and subassemblies according to approved procedures. Perform functional testing and final verification activities. Support calibration activities. Package finished products for shipment. Build prototypes and support NPI manufacturing activities. Maintain production records and manufacturing documentation. Service Responsibilities Process RMAs and service requests. Troubleshoot returned products and identify failures. Perform repair, refurbishment, and re-certification activities. Document service findings and corrective actions. Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams regarding field issues. Team Support Assist Engineering and Quality during validation builds. Support complaint investigations and failure analysis activities. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience. Experience in manufacturing, assembly, test, or service environments. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read technical drawings, procedures, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Pay:
$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
