Your mission:
transform raw stock into conforming parts while upholding process control and safety. You'll be the steady hand that keeps routers accurate, machines running, and quality verified—every step of the way.
Your impact Process control:
Maintain rigorous shop documentation—updates, signatures, stamps, quantity verification, labels, and non-conformance activities.
Traceability:
Verify that an accurate router accompanies each work order through all stages.
Quality assurance:
Perform measurements and in-process inspections; immediately notify supervision of any discrepancy.
Operational vigilance:
Start and observe machines to catch malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditions early; escalate to Lead/Supervisor.
Throughput:
Consistently meet standard times and communicate proactively when timing risks arise.
Readiness:
Keep machines, tooling, work area, and parts clean and in peak production condition.
Excellence:
Follow company procedures and uphold best machine practices at all times. Safety & compliance: Adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations, company policy, and accepted safe work practices.
Collaboration:
Assist the Lead and take on additional related duties as assigned. What you'll need to succeed 2-4 years operating CNC mills or lathes. ERP system skills for precise job data entry. Technical strengths GD&T Troubleshooting Skills ITAR Compliance CNC Machine Setup & Changeover Machine Setups for Production Runs Blueprint Reading Equipment you may run CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) — Fanuc, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Makino CNC lathes (as assigned)
