Fully Qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician
The ideal candidate can take ownership of troubleshooting activities from initial failure through root cause analysis while supporting production, mentoring junior technicians, and driving equipment reliability improvements.

Electrical equipment failuresMechanical equipment failuresHydraulic systemsPneumatic systemsVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)Servo systems and controlsSafety circuits and machine safeguarding systemsPLC I/O faultsAutomated equipment sequence issuesRobotic cell and automation failuresMaintenance LeadershipLead complex troubleshooting and repair activitiesMentor and assist less experienced maintenance techniciansCollaborate with production teams to minimize downtimeWork directly with OEM service technicians and equipment suppliersSupport continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiativesParticipate in root cause investigations and corrective action developmentMaintain detailed maintenance records including:
