Summary of Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of the Production Technician/Assembly Line position is to support the Branch Operations Manager in the daily activities needed to sustain the location. The Production Technician personnel will manufacture hoses and work on projects that require the assembly of components and systems. This position is crucial to maintaining the appearance, function, and efficiency of the branch.

Job Duties Include:

Accurately assemble components and systems per prints, diagrams and schematics with little or no supervision. Manufacture hoses per FCG assembly procedure and customer specifications. Maintain hose assembly area according to FCG cleanliness standards. Keep hose ends stocked and dump hose barrel as needed. Maintain the appearance of the FCG facility. May include snow removal, weed removal and garbage pick-up. Organize and maintain the designated pallet area. Make local part runs as necessary to assist the Sales and Service Departments. Other duties assigned by Management.

Ability to read job orders Ability to read assembly prints and diagrams; Customer Service Orientated; Good Communication Skills (written & verbal); Clean Driving Record; Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a regular basis; Ability to Efficiently Operate a Forklift; Must be a Team Player.
