Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Weld Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment and ensuring the quality of finished product throughout the process. You will contribute to the production of structural tubing, while focusing on a safe work environment. Responsibilities Operate machines and related equipment, adhering to established safety protocols and quality standards Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow Perform routine maintenance and calibration on production machinery Conduct inspections using measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy of finished goods. Follow safety protocols, including proper tooling handling and adherence to manufacturing best practices. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge Proficiency in machine operation Experience troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively Knowledge of tooling setup, and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Understanding of manufacturing processes on a production line, requiring multiple operator stations through a continuous running process.
