Study blueprints and engineering drawings to plan your materials and process Lay out and examine metal stock for accuracy (because details matter) Use hand files, grinders, and cutting torches to remove high spots and cut bevels — smooth finishes, always!

The Skills & Superpowers We're Looking For:

Experience with machines and tools: setup, use, troubleshooting, and maintenance Know-how in materials, methods, and construction of metal products Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings Logic and reasoning skills to solve puzzles and problems as they come up Solid teamwork — we work better together! Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a hands-on role involving machinery Ability to lift 65 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications (Even Better If…): Technical training or certification in fabrication/welding Experience operating CNC machines Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or similar systems OSHA/safety training Ready for an adventure building cool stuff with an awesome team?
