Haigh-Farr is a premier antenna design, manufacturing and test house developing products used across all platforms in the aerospace industry including missions to Mars, the International Space Station and products fielded to the U.S. Military supporting the warfighter. In our over 50-year history we have enjoyed steady, planned growth. In 2020, Haigh-Farr plans to further grow our team and capabilities to meet increasing demand and to expand into new markets and antenna technologies. Haigh-Farr is seeking a second-shift Production Technician with production/manufacturing experience performing a variety of process steps used in the fabrication of our antenna products. Haigh-Farr will provide on-the-job training to ensure performance of all job functions is done in a manner that results in 100% quality of our products. To be successful, the candidate will need a strong commitment to achieving quality work on scheduled timelines. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism when working closely with others within the department and company to understand requirements and meet customer expectations.

Eyeleting, drilling, lasing, print/etch, soldering to J
  • STD-001, and light assembly Complete the production and manufacturing of antenna products through the use of hand tools, fabrication techniques and on-the-job training to result in 100% quality of the product.
Run Press Machines as instructed
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity Positive attitude and team player Strong commitment to achieving quality work Bonding, lamination and plating experience desired Familiar with common hand tools and fabrication equipment Military, Aerospace and Gov't industry experience a plus Likes to work at a variety of different work stations as production needs require Meticulous record keeping with good computer skills
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalency 2-3 years proven work related experience, but we are willing to train! Must be willing to train on a split shift 10am
  • 6pm until deemed trained U.
