Manufacturing Technician Our Lebanon, NH client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for their team. If you have experience providing technical training to manufacturing personnel, then consider this full-time, first-shift role with every other Friday off! Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line Provide technical training to personnel on product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regards to process, equipment setup, and documentation Monitor NCR, identify tooling out of calibration/compliance, and assist with root cause analysis Assist with introduction of new products and processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment Demonstrated experience in training technical material Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Proficient with computer and ERP systems Apply today for this Manufacturing Technician opportunity!
