Onsite Position Summary:
Under general supervision test, inspect, troubleshoot, rework, and repair product or related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
  • Responsible for meeting quality, efficiency, and safety requirements and standards.
  • Operate, test, calibrate and repair production equipment, products and related subassemblies as required per specifications and document results with operations and engineering
  • Reads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machines
  • Ensure that design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods/processes are developed, as well as executed in a manner which supports all our organization's Quality Standards.
  • Performs root cause investigations on systems/subassemblies using basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Participate in daily management board
  • Comply with 6S
  • Conduct inventory transactions
  • Report failures via NCE process
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a controlled Clean Room or Dark Room (if applicable)
  • Understand and comply with all work safety rules and regulations and GMP guidelines.
  • Work on special projects as requested.
  • Ability to work overtime to meet production schedule as needed.

  • ? Safety Shoes with Impact and Compression Protection Must be worn.
