Job Description

Location :
Londonderry, NH 03053. The Manufacturing Technician I will work under general supervision to test, inspect, troubleshoot, rework, and repair products and related subassemblies according to written and oral specifications. The role requires strong attention to quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with GMP and company standards. This is a 3rd-shift position with a 15% shift differential included in the stated pay rate
Job Responsibilities:
Test, inspect, troubleshoot, rework, and repair products, equipment, and related subassemblies. Operate, test, calibrate, and repair production equipment according to specifications. Document test and repair results in coordination with Operations and Engineering. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper machine calibration. Support the development and execution of design, testing, implementation, and maintenance processes in accordance with quality standards. Perform root cause investigations using basic troubleshooting techniques. Participate in daily management board activities and comply with 6S requirements. Conduct inventory transactions and report failures through the NCE process. Work effectively in a team environment and support special projects as required. Work in controlled Clean Room or Dark Room environments when applicable. Follow all safety rules, regulations, GMP guidelines, and company procedures. Work overtime as needed to meet production schedules. Safely handle and move products weighing up to 40 pounds. Wear required safety shoes with impact and compression protection.
Skills:
Manufacturing and production equipment troubleshooting. Equipment testing, calibration, rework, and repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Basic root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of quality, safety, and GMP standards. Familiarity with 6S and manufacturing processes. Ability to work in controlled environments such as Clean Rooms or Dark Rooms. Strong documentation and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work night shifts and overtime as required. Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, vibration, moderate noise, and hazardous materials.
Education/Experience:
Education:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent technical education preferred.
Experience:
Experience in manufacturing, production, equipment testing, calibration, troubleshooting, rework, or repair preferred.
