Job Summary Finisher performs a variety of finishing and surface preparation operations to support the manufacture of precision medical devices. Typical processes include bead blasting, pedestal-mounted abrasive wheels, tumbling, belt sanding, heat treating, cleaning, passivation, and visual inspection of high-precision machined parts and components.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all activities within the finishing department, including but not limited to Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation. Detect and report any discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor. Assist with the training and guidance of new team members and operators. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and quality system procedures. Ensure assigned activities are completed in accordance with Seabrook's Quality System and regulatory standards.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
