Production Technician Location:
Seabrook, NH 03874
Pay Rate:
$20 - $25/hr, paid weekly
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Duration:
6 Months plus Overview The Production Technician supports material processing and packaging operations by spraying sheets with adhesive, inspecting finished materials, and preparing products for storage or shipment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Spray sheets of material using designated adhesive application equipment. Inspect finished sheets for proper adhesive coverage and overall quality. Pack completed sheets securely into boxes according to work instructions. Label, organize, and stage finished boxes for storage or shipment. Follow established safety procedures when handling adhesive materials and equipment. Wear required PPE, including a lab coat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and hearing protection. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to the supervisor. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Strong communication and note-taking skills. Basic data entry and Microsoft Office skills preferred. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and stand for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.; carts, dollies, and team lifting may be used as needed. Work Environment This position involves working with adhesive materials in a production or laboratory-style environment.
