Production Supervisor Job Summary The Line Setter is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing and packaging of skincare products. This role supports production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Set up production and packaging equipment according to production schedules and product specifications. Perform equipment changeovers for different skincare products, bottle sizes, labels, and packaging formats. Adjust machinery settings to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct pre-operational inspections and verify equipment readiness before production starts. Monitor production lines to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with GMP standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues; escalate major issues to maintenance as needed. Complete production documentation accurately and on time. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas in accordance with company policies. Collaborate with operators, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to meet production goals. Follow all workplace safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceutical, or food production preferred. Knowledge of production machinery setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (23 kg). Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. Desired Skills Experience with automated filling, labeling, capping, and packaging equipment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions:

Manufacturing/production environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. May require overtime and shift work based on production needs.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
