Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
To feed, inspect and package material to VEKA Inc. standards.PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Assist in setting up the lamination line for production 2. Feed line while running. 3. Inspect material for quality during production run 4. Prepare primer pads. 5. Maintain a safe and clean working environment 6. Properly box and pack finished product with correct count and order number 7. Prepare samples for QA testing 8. Insert woolpile 9. Modification of profile off-line (ie. Cut nail fin, pocket removal) 10. Pull base product for painting per production schedule 11. Properly pre-treat correct locations and quantities 12. Assist in machine set-up 13. Assist in machine clean out / tooling cleanup 14. Consolidate product for batch baking 15. Apply protective film, when required 16. Stack processed material for oven curingSECONDARY DUTIES
1. Operates forklift if licensed and needed or required 2. Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Judgement, Oral Communication, Working Under Pressure, and FlexibilityMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
