09/07/2026 Job Description Job Description Mechanical Assembler - Full-Time Selco Products is a family-owned company that has been proudly operating since 1958. As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll work with a variety of components and tasks, including: Wire harness assembly and wire processing Mechanical assembly and crimping Soldering, grinding, and welding Epoxy potting and packaging PCBA assembly and basic electronic testing (a plus) Experience with automation systems or collaborative robots (cobots) is preferred, as we continue expanding our automated production capabilities. You will rotate through tasks as needed and help uphold the quality of various products for our global customers.

Education/Experience Required:

All experience levels welcome-on-the-job training provided Prior assembly, soldering, or mechanical work is helpful Experience with automation or cobots is preferred Strong attention to detail and a positive team attitude This job description outlines the main responsibilities expected of employees in this position. However, additional tasks may arise, and employees are expected to follow job-related instructions and perform other duties as assigned by authorized personnel.

Salary:

Starting at $ 18.50 or higher, depending on experience.
