You will collect operational data, review existing dashboards, implement layouts and labeling, run assigned project work, and close daily gaps that keep production supplied — including lineside escalations, individual configuration changes, part cutovers, inbound/outbound support, and PC request handling. This is a hands-on factory role based in Buffalo, NY supporting all of the site's active production lines. You will work from defined processes and partner with Process Engineering Technicians when work requires new process design, mass configuration, system-setting changes, or ownership of a new line. What You'll Do Collect and maintain Production Control data so inventory, delivery, and process metrics stay accurate Review existing dashboards daily; flag misses, trends, and follow-up actions Implement warehouse and lineside layouts, including location setup and labeling Execute assigned projects against defined timelines, communicating status internally and to partner teams Own daily material escalations, including lineside shortages, delivery misses, and warehouse exceptions Coordinate outbound material movement and support inbound accuracy and Supplier Operation Support (SOS) activity Support PC Discrepancy Report activities through performing basic Root Cause Analysis and creating relevant inventory audits for the operations team.
