Line Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. The Line Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role plays a key part in meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line machinery and equipment Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Record production data and complete required documentation Assist with line setup, changeovers, and shutdown procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Basic math and communication skills Work Environment Fast-paced production environment May require standing, bending, and repetitive tasks Exposure to noise and moving machinery Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required

Pay:

$24.20 - $29.10 per hour
