Job Description
Purpose:
While following specific procedures and processes, under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Technician will prepare tools for specific coating processes and repackage to meet customer needs. The Production Technician will complete all required processes in accordance with CemeCon, Inc.'s measurable standards to ensure the highest quality is maintained.Responsibilities:
- Removing product from customer packaging
- Handling customer product to load on to specialized fixturing to prepare for next function in production process.
- Preparing tools for cleaning on to specified fixturing
- Cleaning and rinsing tools as per specified instructions
- Preparing the tools for coating
- Removing the tools from the fixturing and returning to the customer packaging
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Quality Management System:
The Production Technician will conduct the responsibilities and tasks of this position in a manner that supports and sustains the standards as set forth by the established Quality Management System.Qualifications:
- GED/ High School Diploma
- Proven history of excellent attendance at previous places of employment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow very specific work instructions exactly as they are stated
- Previous work experience in a Production/Manufacturing facility
- Basic computer skills working in a Windows environment is required.
- Occasional requirement to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent requirement to life up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to use fine motor skills repetitively
