12% Shift Differential (Up to $22.40/hr ) Background / Drug Screen Background Check Required Drug Screen Required We are hiring Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team supporting the production of hydrogen fuel cell systems. This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, mechanical, or hand tool experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience as a Production Technician, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, Assembler, Mechanical Assembler, Electronics Assembler, Machine Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, or General Laborer are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assemble a variety of production components and subassemblies Read and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks Perform basic troubleshooting during the production process Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or mechanical experience preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work overtime and a flexible schedule as needed Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills If you have experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse operations, mechanical assembly, machine operation, or material handling , we'd love to hear from you.
