A Manufacturing or Production Technician works with manufacturing equipment and machinery. Performs set up and tests, monitors, adjusts and repairs machines used to produce products or other machines. Inspects equipment, troubleshoots problems with machines or designs.
$17/hr Job Description We have an immediate need for an Anodizing Line Operator who will be responsible for processing aluminum and other metal parts through the anodizing and finishing production line. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Duties:
Load and unload metal components onto anodizing racks Monitor chemical level baths, tank temperature, process time, maintain quality standards, and safely operate anodizing equipment Move materials through cleaning, etching, anodizing, sealing, and finishing processes Inspect parts for defects, discoloration, scratches, or coating inconsistencies Measure parts and coatings to ensure compliance with customer specifications Follow work instructions, process sheets, quality standards, maintain production records, and process documentation Operate overhead hoists, lift-assist devices, and material-handling equipment Clean tanks, racks, fixtures, and work areas, and work safely around acids, chemicals, and industrial equipment Comply with all OSHA and company safety requirements

Must have chemical process knowledge Must have the ability to handle anodizing equipment and understand chemical bath formulations Proficiency in voltage, current, and temperature control during the anodizing process is needed Must be able to pay a strong attention to detail while having manual dexterity for precise metal handling Must have safety awareness and the ability to work in environments with fumes and strict chemical safety protocols Must have solid problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot process inconsistencies Must have excellent communication skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and tolerate chemical exposure Must have the ability to follow work instructions, process sheets, quality standards, and customer specifications Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
