If you want to work on real hardware, run industrial 3D printers, own your process, and grow fast inside a defense-focused manufacturing company, this is your shot. What you'll do

• Set up and run industrial polymer and metal 3D printers, including FDM, LPBF, SLS, and VPP .
• Slice builds and manage basic print parameters.
• Control powder and material inventory, genealogy, and traceability.
• Manage build plate resurfacing and inventory.
• Perform machine maintenance, PMs, and general upkeep.
• Push work through the shop using

ERP / MES

systems.

• Support serialization of regulated items.
• Handle post-processing including powder removal, support removal, tumbling, media blasting, and ultrasonic washing. What we're looking for
• Experience in additive manufacturing, CNC, or a modern industrial shop.
• Basic knowledge of industrial print processes and slicing.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office .
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to own the process.
• Someone who works hard, learns fast, and steps in when the team needs help. Great to have
• CAD / CAM, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Netfabb, Mastercam.
• CNC machining and blueprint reading.
• Modern

ERP / MRP

experience.

• Familiarity with

AS9100, ISO

13485, or

ISO 9001

systems.

• Experience using AI tools to improve workflow.
