Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of die-cutting experience Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment Job Duties Set up and operate die-cutting equipment, including flatbed and rotary presses Install and align cutting dies, plates, and stripping tools according to work orders Load raw materials and monitor production to ensure efficiency and quality Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and defects Perform routine machine cleaning, maintenance, and minor adjustments Complete production records, quality checks, and output documentation Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Die Cutter Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
