Job Description:
In this role, you will engage with manufacturing and engineering teams in supporting production-related activities, including assembly, build, integration, installation, and execution of work based on engineering documentation and established work instructions. Execute machine builds in accordance with E-plans, assembly drawings, and manufacturing work instructions Work along with engineering team during assembly and collaborate with internal engineering teams and conduct functional testing and validation testing of parts and assemblies. Read and understand diagrams and schematics to help the business/manufacturing teams. Assist with build, integration, and installation activities to meet project and production objectives Mechanical and electrical assembly, wire pulling and wire landing for power, control, and communication circuit Proactively remove obstacles and escalate matters when necessary to maintain progress according to plan. Perform other tasks with similar scope of work that may arise due to changes within the business and machine modality Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma Relevant experience in Aerospace/Manufacturing / Additives industry. Strong understanding of manufacturing and prior experience in mechanical and electrical assembly Ability to interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical plans, and work instructions Competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet Word, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Navigate through complex conversations in a professional and courteous manner in cases where information is needed to execute on a project or accountability for commitments needs to be established. Ability to explain complex technical and business issues simply, in a concise and accurate manner. Able to translate current and recent trends of business/performance metrics to future performance.
Pay:
$25.63 - $27.00 per hour
