If you're ready to take on new challenges and gr We have first and second shift available! Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment in the skid shop to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of skids and related components. Perform quality checks on finished products to meet industry standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the job. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
