About the Role As a Manufacturing Filling Technician, you will play a vital role in our high-speed production environment by operating automated filling systems to ensure product integrity. You will leverage your technical aptitude to monitor equipment performance and maintain high output standards, directly contributing to the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Operate and troubleshoot automated filling and straining machinery to ensure seamless production flow. Conduct rigorous quality control inspections, including verifying precise fill volumes, labeling accuracy, and batch coding. Drive operational efficiency by proactively identifying equipment bottlenecks and communicating maintenance needs to the technical team. Safely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) to manage raw material supply and transport finished goods to storage areas. Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering to all facility housekeeping and safety protocols. Execute manual material handling tasks, including lifting and positioning product containers onto conveyor systems. Qualifications Required Skills Must be at least 18 years of age. Demonstrated ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely. Physical capability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical operating procedures in English. Commitment to wearing all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a dynamic industrial environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience working with automated filling or packaging equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing software systems such as SAP or Vorne. Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail regarding quality assurance.
