Job Description Manufacturing Technician Setting/Hours:

100% In-Office | Mon-Fri 7a-3: 30p Join trak group in partnering with a growing client in Lebanon, Ohio that's expanding its Manufacturing team. Position Overview

We are seeking dependable, hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join a growing production team. Employees will be trained across multiple workstations within the facility, providing an opportunity to develop a variety of manufacturing and assembly skills. The plant has four primary production stations, and team members are expected to be cross-trained so they can support different areas based on production needs.

2 Thermocouple Assemblers 2 Shaping Operators 1 Ceramics Operator Thermocouple Assembler

The Thermocouple Assembler performs detailed production and assembly work involving wire preparation, cutting, crimping, and related manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Assemble thermocouple components according to production requirements. Read tape measures and basic layout drawings. Measure and prepare materials accurately. Operate hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, and utility knives. Safely operate wire-cutting and wire-burning equipment. Perform basic equipment setups and changeovers. Assist with simple equipment troubleshooting. Maintain an organized workstation to support efficient production flow. Inspect work and maintain established quality standards. Cross-train in other production areas as needed. Follow all plant safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to sit approximately 75% of the workday. Ability to occasionally lift at least 25 pounds. Ability to work overtime as production needs require. Shaping Operator

The Shaping Operator performs hands-on manufacturing work using presses, power tools, and other production equipment to form and prepare components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Read tape measures and basic layout drawings. Operate hand and shop tools including: Dremel-style tools Tin snips Drill presses Belt sanders Other production hand tools Operate arbor-style presses safely. Perform basic die changes on non-powered presses. Complete equipment setups and changeovers. Perform basic troubleshooting of production equipment. Maintain consistent production flow while meeting quality expectations. Keep the workstation clean, safe, and organized. Cross-train in other manufacturing stations. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the majority of the workday. Ability to occasionally lift at least 50 pounds. Ability to work overtime when required. Qualifications for All Production Positions Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or similar hands-on experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to understand simple drawings and layouts. Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. Comfortable working with hand tools and industrial equipment. Ability and willingness to learn equipment setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting. Strong attention to quality and detail. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. Organized and able to maintain an efficient workflow. Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train across multiple production stations. Team-oriented with the ability to ask questions and seek assistance when needed. Flexibility to work overtime based on production requirements. Ideal Candidate

The strongest candidate will be dependable, mechanically and/or electronically inclined, comfortable using basic tools, and eager to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but candidates with transferable hands-on experience who demonstrate strong attendance, basic measurement skills, attention to quality, and a willingness to be cross-trained should also be considered.
