What Will You Enjoy Doing Manage the performance, quality, efficiency and reliability of all molding machines in the Molding Department. Identify and monitor critical parameters to ensure all assigned machines are operating safely, efficiently and reliably, according to recommended operating guidelines Ensure quality product is being produced at all times from the Process Ensure process is optimized to the fullest extent When applicable, ensure all raw materials required are available and defect free before being processed Identify, monitor, and report inconsistencies in above areas for all shifts not worked and create and implement corrective action plans to overcome discrepancies Make minor repairs to molds and molding molding equipment Supervising orderliness, cleanliness and working order of the assigned machines and tools Assist the Production Manager in implementing required training for
