What you'll be doing: Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. The future shows much promise and plenty of room for growth as our company continues to succeed year after year. Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products Set-up, teardown between jobs Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule Quality checks Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor Assisting in other areas when the business requires Other duties as assigned What makes this job awesome: Awesome work environment with a collaborative working space. What we are looking for:

An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes. Good verbal communication skills. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Basic math and computer skills Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment Quality-minded Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
