Job Description

Machine Team Lead Pay:

DOE (Depending on Experience). Operate and maintain machine line equipment while supporting safety, quality, and production requirements. Perform quality checks, complete production documentation, and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain efficient production flow.

Shift :

8:00 PM - 4:30 AM Shift end times may vary based on production targets and daily output requirements.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain assigned bulge line equipment. Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications. Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records. Troubleshoot machine, safety, and quality issues. Respond to equipment stoppages and support production uptime. Assist with process improvements and countermeasures to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Support preventive maintenance activities and equipment reliability. Operate and support Fanuc robotic systems, including basic operation and troubleshooting. Maintain proper handling of non-conforming materials. Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Experience:

Manufacturing experience preferred. Experience operating production machinery preferred. Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators preferred. Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fanuc robotics experience is a plus. Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training preferred.
