$18-$22.00 an hour Job Description Mid Tulsa company seeking an experienced SMT Rework technician specializing in repairing and modifying printed circuit boards (PCBs) and printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) that have surface-mount components for aerospace boards. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SMT Machine Operator and Rework role located in Tulsa, OK. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring SMT machinery to assemble electronic components according to production specifications. Daily tasks include loading feeders, verifying programs, performing basic equipment adjustments, and inspecting boards for quality and consistency. The role also includes rework activities such as component replacement, touch-up soldering, and troubleshooting defects identified during inspection or testing. The SMT Machine Operator collaborates with production and quality teams, follows AS9100, safety and ESD procedures, maintains accurate production records, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong skills in Machine Operation and working with SMT equipment and related Machinery. Ability to perform Quality Control tasks, including visual inspection and basic testing of electronic assemblies. Proficiency using Hand Tools common to electronics assembly and rework, such as soldering tools and small manual tools. Effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members, follow work instructions, and report issues clearly. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow standardized work processes and safety guidelines. Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate manual tasks in a production environment.
