Apply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with Volt. Volt is currently hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Bend, OR . This is a direct hire position with our partner, a leader in semiconductor manufacturing. Qualified candidates will have previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, performing highly detail-oriented processes. As a Manufacturing Technician , you will: Perform photolithography and plating processes in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices (such as but not limited to: microscopic inspection, coating resist, mask alignment, develop and etch processes, plating wafers, lid arrays, bath analysis, bath maintenance etc.) Collect accurate data and record work completed using logs and databases Perform regular PM and calibration tasks for tools and equipment Monitor processes to ensure product fabrication is within control limits Ability to work in a semi clean room setting, wearing proper PPE. Usually includes gloves, face mask, safety glasses, lab coat.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm.
The ideal candidate wiil have:
High School Diploma required; AA degree or equivalent preferred but not required Experience working in fast paced manufacturing and R D environments recommended Computer skills for Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong sense of leadership, integrity, and work ethic Excellent verbal and written communication skills and acute attention to detail
Payrate:
$22.00 to $25.00 per hour DOE •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
