$24 - $26 per hour

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 am to 4 pm

As a Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality fabrication and welding processes. You'll work closely with your team to deliver top-notch products while maintaining safety and efficiency in the shop. What You'll Do As a Welding and Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for: Performing TIG or MIG welding according to blueprints, drawings, or specific instructions — experience with stainless steel and aluminum required Monitoring production processes to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications Adhering to all safety procedures and PPE protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures Recording production data such as quantities produced, scrap rates, and issues encountered during manufacturing Collaborating with supervisors, engineers, and quality control team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Hands-on experience with MIG or TIG welding, especially on stainless steel and aluminum Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Commitment to safety practices and effective communication skills Why Join Us in Bend?
