Full Job Description Manufacturing Production Technician Position Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation:
$20

DOE Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:30pm
Expected Duration:
Approximately 2-3 months, with potential for continued work depending on production needs and fit
Summary:
Seeking a hard worker to support production of composite parts and assemblies. You will be assisting in production where seen fit. You could be doing anything from laying-up carbon fiber parts to assembling and inspecting final products. Expect to be working closely with the entire team here at Jentay. This is a great entry position for advanced manufacturing.
Requirements:
  • Read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to perform basic math arithmetic calculations.
  • Be able to safely lift 20 pounds on occasion.
  • Work for long periods of time, up to 3 hours at a time sitting or standing.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude!
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Detail oriented with the ability to identify and fix imperfections.
  • Ability to be a problem solver.
  • Read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
  • Properly mask parts to meet specifications/drawings.
  • Ability to independently operate all personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to monitor workflow and move from station to station as required.
  • Safely operate power tools.
  • Use of basic hand tools.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Lean manufacturing experience desired.
  • Ability to prime and paint parts to aerospace standards is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with AS/ISO standards desired.
Pay:
$20.00
