Southern Oregon | Full-Time We are a small, established cannabis company looking for a versatile, motivated person to join our team. This is not a position where you will do the same task every day. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, working with their hands, solving problems, and taking on greater responsibility as they gain experience. The immediate need for this position is to train alongside one of our key production employees and help cover his responsibilities during an upcoming six-week paternity leave. Our goal, however, is to find someone who will remain with the company long-term and grow into a broader role within the organization. What You'll Learn & Do Initially, much of your training will focus on cannabis processing, extraction, and distillation operations.

Responsibilities will include:

Loading and unloading plant material Operating and assisting with extraction and distillation equipment Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas Moving bags, containers, and production materials Following established production procedures and safety protocols Maintaining accurate production records This portion of the job is physically demanding and requires regularly lifting and moving materials throughout the workday. Once trained, we would like this position to expand into several other areas of the business, including: Filling and preparing vape cartridges Packaging and inventory Production planning and organization Computer-based recordkeeping and data entry Cannabis compliance and inventory tracking Communicating with vendors and suppliers Sourcing cannabis material and other production inputs Assisting with wholesale sales and customer relationships Helping identify ways to improve production and workflow The exact long-term role can evolve around both the needs of the company and the strengths of the person we hire. Who We're Looking For We aren't necessarily looking for someone who already knows how to do everything listed above. We're looking for someone capable of learning it.

Dependable and takes ownership of their work Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with equipment Physically capable of repetitive lifting and production work Comfortable using computers and learning new software Organized and attentive to details Able to follow processes while also recognizing when something isn't working correctly Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and coworkers Self-directed once properly trained Interested in learning different parts of a small business Looking for an opportunity to grow rather than simply looking for another job Experience with cannabis extraction, distillation, manufacturing, mechanical equipment, production, sales, inventory management, or METRC is helpful but not required for the right person . Requirements Must be 21+ Valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and consistent attendance Willingness to learn multiple aspects of the business Why This Position Is Different We are a small company, which means good employees aren't confined to narrow job descriptions. Compensation:

Starting at $22 an hour during training.
