Job Description

Seat Production Technician (Full-Time) Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment? A local Scappoose manufacturer is seeking a Seat Production Technician to join its production team. Requirements Must successfully pass a criminal background check Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening (non-THC) Ability to read and follow written instructions, drawings, work orders, and product specifications Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required throughout the production process Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, upholstery, automotive, aerospace, or related experience preferred Ability to manage changing priorities and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Assemble seat components and related products according to engineering specifications and work instructions Gather and organize materials, parts, and hardware required for production Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks safely and efficiently Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Follow established production processes and quality control procedures Maintain accurate production records as required Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and report concerns to supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Perform repetitive tasks while standing, bending, reaching, and using hands throughout the workday Complete assigned work orders and production tasks on schedule Schedule Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week Monday through Friday Hours to be confirmed by employer Pay Rate $17.00 per hour Eligible for company benefits upon successful completion of the probationary period and permanent hire.
