    Manufacturing Technician
  • Job Description
  • The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for assembling product components, operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, and ensuring production activities are completed according to established Batch Production Records (BPRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).
This role supports quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while maintaining accurate production documentation and inventory records.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Pick, pack, and ship single-item and small batch orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Process direct-to-customer shipments, including kitted products and diagnostic test kits. + Perform online inspections and verify order accuracy prior to shipment. + Complete and maintain required shipping and inventory paperwork. + Handle documentation such as packing slips and order confirmations. + Utilize SAP (or similar ERP system) for order processing and inventory tracking. + Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. + Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards. + Prepare shipments for domestic distribution. + Assist with kitting and assembly of products for customer orders. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
  • Essential Skills
  • + Experience in quality control, manufacturing, or production in a structured environment.
+ Ability to follow Batch Production Records (BPRs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs). + Experience in production equipment setup, operation, and routine maintenance. + Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. + Proficiency in SAP data entry for labor and material tracking. + Compliance with quality and safety standards, including cleanroom practices and machine operation. + High school diploma or equivalent is required. + 1-3 years of manufacturing or production experience is preferred.

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
