Support manufacturing investigations and troubleshooting when needed. Work cross-functionally with QA and production teams. Essential Skills Aseptic manufacturing experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with manufacturing scheduling. Exposure to raw material coordination. Experience in fill finish operations. Work Environment You will work in a growing CDMO/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with a small, highly collaborative team. The position offers a day shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with overtime available but not mandatory. You will have the opportunity to support commercial manufacturing expansion and gain exposure to the full production lifecycle. This role offers direct interaction with quality assurance and production teams, providing visibility and opportunities for professional growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
