Job Description

Join the Staff Management | SMX team in Bethlehem, PA, as a Production Technician! We're hiring dependable, detail-oriented associates to join a pharmaceutical production and packaging team. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, weekly pay, and benefits. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for qualified candidates. As a Production Technician, you'll support pharmaceutical packaging and production operations by preparing products, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and safety. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in following procedures, maintaining organized work areas, and working as part of a team in a regulated manufacturing environment. Daily cleaning in designated work area and other areas as needed. No pharmaceutical experience is required. We provide training, uniforms, and required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM•2:30 PM Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM•10:45

Pay Rate:
$16.50•$18.50 / hour
Duties:
Package pharmaceutical products according to established procedures and quality standards. Complete required production documentation and records accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready work areas. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures. Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with labeling, assembly, packaging, and product preparation activities. Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment, tools, and production areas. Support quality and compliance initiatives within the facility. Follow all workplace safety policies and PPE requirements. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities. Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations. Perform additional duties as assigned. .
Position Requirements:
Ability to work while standing or sitting based on assigned duties. Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments. Company-provided coats, hats, and required PPE are supplied. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. This position requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform essential job duties. Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required. Previous manufacturing, pharmaceutical, packaging, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old, required education: No Education Requirement The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50•$18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee''s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
