Operator In Training Job Description The End of Line Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This hands-on position involves managing inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of materials to the warehouse while adhering to all legal and safety procedures. The role requires close collaboration with the Line Manager. Responsibilities Manage all activities and operations at the end of the production line. Follow all safety, process, and operational procedures for the cutter and/or grinder. Complete paperwork and conduct end of line SPC Tests every 30 minutes. Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes and make necessary corrections. Identify basic sheet faults and notify the correct personnel of any issues. Report quality and process issues to the shift leader or line/operations manager. Perform Appendix changes including tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc. Replace tape and barcodes as needed. Make length and width changes as required. Perform pallet changes and inkjet messaging. Enter orders into SAP. Perform other duties and activities as directed. Essential Skills Experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes. Familiarity with safe manufacturing and material handling practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production. Ability to achieve 75% completion in

PPF-01, 04, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15

Opera Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
