What you'll take on Plan and execute preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce downtime. Use structured troubleshooting and diagnostic tools to identify root causes of breakdowns. Repair equipment by replacing parts, correcting electrical/mechanical issues, and performing alignment/calibration. Contribute to equipment installations, retrofits, and tech upgrades that boost safety and efficiency. Keep meticulous records—work orders, repair logs, and maintenance histories—to inform smart decisions. Champion safety through LOTO, PPE, and adherence to all regulations. What you bring At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. A high school diploma plus trade school certification or equivalent on-the-job training.
