Job Description

Purpose This role manages various production activities like assembly, material forming or shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, etc. to ensure production excellence and to meet established specifications, schedules, volume, cost, wastage targets, quality standards and service-level agreements. This position in particular focuses on the Metal Card Sampling process in Exton - requiring the learning and operation of Maulbauer Tacking, Burkle Laminators, Taikan CNC, Mimaki Printers and Quality Control Devices
Training on the various machinery will be provided to those without the experience in the certain areasKey Missions Operation of Maulbauer Tacking, Burkle Laminators, Taikan CNC, Mimaki Printers & Quality Control Devices
Ensures completion of all work within service-level agreements
Operates and maintains production equipment through identifying and performing first line diagnostics and complying with operating procedures
Contributes actively to the business performance of production
Highlights any opportunities for improvement and participates in process improvement teams
Supports to production integrated into the flow (quality control, controls and preparation of raw materials, supply management, etc.) or to machine operation, etc.
Applies security, quality and environmental standards, alerts in the event of an anomaly, etc.
Works under limited supervision for routine situations
Provides assistance and training to lower level employees
Faces problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand
