Stimple & Ward is currently seeking a full-time Coil Technician. The position is in Pittsburgh, PA Production Worker Responsibilities but not limited to: Convert copper magnet wire and insulating materials into finished electrical coils. Set up and operate assigned production equipment. Perform operations such as cutting, bending, winding, shaping, pressing, scraping, tinning, taping, insulating, assembling, painting, dipping, measuring, testing, and inspecting products. Verify product dimensions and quality using measuring and testing equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Assist with additional production duties as assigned. Continuously develop knowledge and proficiency in multiple manufacturing operations to support production needs and career advancement. Requirements Ability to accurately use measuring tools and perform quality inspections. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to set up and operate assigned production equipment. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple manufacturing processes. Capable of lifting materials as required throughout the production process. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Skills Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Adaptability and willingness to cross-train in multiple production operations.
