We are currently seeking 20 dedicated individuals to join this newly created department as Production Technicians on a temporary-to-hire basis.

Overview:

As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process. Your primary responsibilities will include filling bottles with liquid, securely sealing lids, and meticulously packaging and labeling products. Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as the success depends on the precision and accuracy of our production operations.

Responsibilities:

Fill bottles with liquid according to precise specifications and standards. Carefully seal lids onto filled bottles to prevent leakage or contamination. Package finished products with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper alignment and presentation. Apply labels to bottles accurately and neatly, adhering to packaging requirements. Conduct regular quality checks on products to maintain high standards of excellence. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and procedures. Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
