Direct Hire Position Great Company Culture Job Advancement Day & Evening Shift Pay Differentials. As a Manufacturing Operator Technician you will: Hands-on mindset and approach, multi-tasking, strong verbal and written communication, daily equipment maintenance, technical support. Relevant experience in sandblasting or a similar field, ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic issues, handling and managing hazardous chemical disposal. Computer skills monitoring and logging data, basic understanding of chemistry and physics principles, must be able to wear proper PPE. Conduct thorough inspections, monitor yield rates, relevant experience in thin film cleaning or a similar field, attention to detail. Retrieving proper designs according to set schedule, operate characterization/test equipment, evaluate design requirements and prepare evaporation materials, use calibration equipment. This is a Full time , Direct Hire opportunity. The ideal manufacturing operator technician will have : Manufacturing Experience Machine Operating Experience Fabrication Experience Equipment Maintenance Skills Safe Handling and Storage of Hazardous Materials Monitor and Data Entry Experience Great Attention to
Detail Pay Range :
$20.00/hr.- $23.00/hr. (Based on Job Title and Shift) 2 nd Shift
- 10% Shift Differential, 3 rd Shift
- 15% Shift Differential Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
