Manufacturing Assembly Technician#26-27989 $25.53-$32.48 per hour Smithfield, PA Onsite Job Description We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support hands-on production assembly of structural, mechanical, and aircraft-related systems. This role uses engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and production standards to complete routine assembly work in a regulated manufactur-ing environment. Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (REQUIRES US Citizenship)
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 1+ year of experience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, or specifications
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment where compliance is critical
  • Experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems
  • Ability to follow established production procedures and work instructions
  • Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail Desired Qualifications
  • ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance
  • Experience using specialized tools such as wire crimpers, wire strippers, wire routing tools, mul-timeters, or basic computer systems
  • Knowledge of assembly and production processes
  • Experience working with wiring diagrams, schematics, change documents, or functional test pro-cedures
  • Understanding of production/manufacturing requirements versus in-service maintenance proce-dures
  • Knowledge of shop floor processes including FOD prevention, material handling, safety, calibra-tion, and ESD controls
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement or corrective/preventive action activities
  • Aircraft, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing experience preferred Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.
