Product Acceptance Specialist (Associate or Experienced)
Company:
Argon ST Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product Acceptance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Smithfield, PA!
Position Responsibilities:
Level B Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements Provides objective evidence of results Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring. Identifies and documents discrepancies Segregates and controls non-conforming items Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action Level C Verifies product conformance to design requirements Provides objective evidence of results Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 1+ year of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level C :
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ year of experience working in a cross functional work environment Willing and able to work any shift based on business needs

Summary pay range:
Associate Level B:
$49,300 -$66,700
Experienced Level C:
$58,650 - $79,350
