Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Production Technician opportunities in Swiftwater, PA. Responsibilities for a Production Technician include but are not limited to: Operate within a cGMP manufacturing environment and perform biologics production activities, including equipment setup and operation tasks. Follow established procedures and aseptic techniques while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Accurately complete Electronic Batch Records (eBRs), electronic logbooks, and other required documentation in real time and according to cGMP requirements. Work on the production floor while maintaining proper gowning procedures and complying with all applicable manufacturing and quality standards. Candidates for Production Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered: High school diploma plus one year of experience in a cGMP or pharmaceutical environment; Associate's or Bachelor's degree may qualify with no prior experience. Previous experience with cGMP/cGLP, Good Documentation Practices, and aseptic techniques is preferred. Ability to accurately complete documentation and follow detailed procedures in a regulated manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for an average of 8 hours per shift, and gown for entry into manufacturing areas. What's in this Production Technician position for you?
