Job Description

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-driven, and process-oriented Production Technician to join our fast-paced production team. If you thrive on working in a team environment, using your hands, solving real-time challenges, and being a key player in creating something amazing —we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manufacture interior elevators Use power tools and tape measure on a daily basis Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and systems Lifting approximately 40 pounds, on feet all day, moving Operating press line, working on cells where assembly cab interiors from start to finish Collaborate with different areas in the shop Follow safety, quality, and process standards Learn and practice Lean manufacturing to implement continuous improvement processes and identify opportunities Work in fear-free culture- look at process not person What You Bring to the
Table:
Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus. We are willing to train those with no experience. Strong mechanical or technical aptitude Process improvement mindset Experience with power tools and machinery A proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet Willingness to learn and improve Passion for teamwork and pride in precision Desire to work with their hands and be physically active Why Join Us?
