Set up and operate wire processing equipment according to work orders and production requirements. Load raw materials and monitor machine operation throughout the production process. Measure and inspect products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Perform routine machine adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency. Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, or maintenance needs. Complete production documentation, work orders, and quality records accurately. Remove finished products and package materials as required. Maintain production targets while minimizing waste and downtime. Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S and good housekeeping practices. Assist technicians and maintenance personnel during machine setups, repairs, and changeovers. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and manual handling of materials. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
